Tuned in...& in tune....
Apr. 26th, 2002 11:19 amJust got out of a documented practice. Another two-hour-long massage; hope she fills me out two forms. ~grin~ It's bad--practicals only allow us one hour, and so does the student clinic...I can *do* it, but it feels like I'm leaving too soon...Still and all, I'm reminded why I love this work, and why I'll do it even if I don't get paid. *Precious*few*things* in this world equal the effervescent stillness that settles round me when my client comes out of the massage with this blissed out smile...It's wonderful.
So. Friday. No classes, no clinic... No excuse not to do the day-to-day stuff that's beginning to pile up. I need to get my head out of the fog for a little while, get it lined out... ~snort~ I also need to give up potato chips and apple uglies from the vending machine, but we all know how likely *that* is...
Oh! Packed up some stuff from Stories.com. Here's the first bit. I wrote it, I think, my Sophomore year of highschool...
