And I fe*e*el it, oh my....
Jun. 9th, 2003 11:33 amMy mom's loaned me her Jason Mraz live album, and now all I hear in my head is his semirandom scatting... There are worse things.
Well, Anubis has been approved, and the snag at Raventree has been circumnavigated. Seems they want a minimum of 10 orders per custom image...how personalised can dear Caelen's image *be* if there're nine more floating? No. So instead I found Allison and asked her for a pricequote. She's an interesting human, by her e-mails... Feels kindof like a cross between Crow and Coyote. Makes me grin.
Makes me roadsick, too...driving into work today, I looked at the landscape in front of me and felt Wyoming. Or at least West. I know that's not *home*sickness, despite that being my birthstate: the last time I was in Wyoming, the only place I felt at home was around Jackson Hole, because it was the greenest part of the state. But it's June, for heaven's sake, and I should be on the road somewhere, mostly lost but always sure which way's East. Mom's talking about taking me with her when she goes to the Evanston area this August; I'm chewing on the bit. Caelen's talk of desert sunset winds didn't help, either... YAHHHHHH...... ~slightly mad look~ It'll pass, it has for the past two years. ...but I'd be damn grateful if I could give in this time.
