(no subject)

Hm. April 13th already. Thought I had a busy day ahead of me and was sweating finding a sitter...then the Divine and my husband's family handed me a third cousin with two kids of her own and a relatively placid day planned. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Then I got to work... my busy day has been reduced to an hour and a half's work, split between 11:00 and 16:30. yarrrrgh... ~shakes fists at humanity~ Contemplating using the four bloody hours in between to do dishes at home so my kitchen no longer smells like Eau d' Chicken Carcass... Won't be *wasted* time, but *still*, y'know?

Good news: me Mum's home from Scotland tonight, and she'll be back to watch the Squeakmeister tomorrow!!! ~dances~

At this rate, I'm half tempted to give official work the finger, freelance back home on the weekends, and stay with Dae during the week. As long as I have a regular fanbase, it won't be much of a paycut, and it'll be less...how to say?...tax obvious. And less bloody frustrating.

Mm. Speaking of "back home"--it's snowing in Clarkesville. WTF?!? Didn't spring start the 21st of MARCH? ...
