Writing about food...

...sometimes strikes me as akin to dancing about architecture, even more so when I have nothing meaningful to add to the sentiment "WOOHOO, MADE MY FIRST POT ROAST TODAY!!!" beyond "And so far it looks really roasty." But it's a momentous occasion for me, and I felt the need to note it in the log.
