Thought for the day

Perhaps the fact that "Go Away Godboy" is my son's favourite way to start a morning means I've succeeded in nipping one more potential religious stalker in the bud.

(Maybe it just means I'm never going to see my Sirens disc again.)

Tangentially related, we watched Inkheart a couple of nights ago; now he wants to learn to spin fire.

Probably the latter...mine disappeared into the daughter's room, never to be seen again.

~salutes the lost disc~
On the up side, if we have to keep replacing them, it guarantees Sooj ~$40 every few years or so. Add another $20 for every other parent whose youngling makes off with their albums, it might be a neat sum. And a tidy fanbase! :D

(it still hasn't turned up?)

*laughs* He's six? Maybe start him off with sparklers.

;D I was thinking the battery-run LED-sticks-on-shoelace-loops they sell in the hardware section of Mal-Wart. They're cheapish, they're cool, they'll be a starter weight so he learns the spin part.

Add the fire part when we a) have our own lawn to burn rather than the common green & b) find a teacher.
