home_and_away(sidebar: ~snicker~ I love bands with names that can be reduced to initials. Methinks that's the theme for the night...)
I've come to the (rather tentative) conclusion that the presence of so bloody many high bills which are all due within two days of each other is a sign of the Divine's faith in my and Adam's ability to cover them. Kindof a twisted congratulations, you know?
If I won't give you anything that can't be handled, and yet I give you *this*, then that automatically means we can handle it. What are you freaking out about?
At least, this is the perspective I've adopted since conversing with mi madre... I'd feel a hell of a lot easier if that bit of insight had come from my Voice That Says Hey... but that means I would've had to stop having hysterics long enough to listen for it to say more than ~sigh~ Call your mom; she'll have an answer. So... ~shrug~
Caelen & Liz are going to try to come out this weekend. "It's pretty cool--they're giving us a three day weekend, all because a few years ago, some guy sailed out of Spain and hit land!" So that'll be cool, hanging out with them for the second time in as many months.
(tiny sidebar: Going to Vegas has officially been nixed. It may be more profitable in the short-term long run, but the sheer cost of going out in the first place, coupled with the fact that "It's not home" is apparently prohibative. ... ... ...---... ~exhales, shakes head~ So there's that.)
...---... ~looks round~ anything else fit for public consumption? ...---... ~exhales~ doesn't look like it. Sleep deep, all.
