May. 19th, 2007 02:53 pmNot, maybe, a show my Mom would totally dig, but I'm comparatively certain I wouldn't be the only creature smiling to know Ms. Ani DiFranco will be in Knoxville, at the Bijou Theatre, on the first of September.
Tickets haven't gone on sale yet, which is good.
It gives me time to find money for them...and for gas...and to get time off...and arrange a sitter...and all that jazz.
And who knows, I may not get everything in line in time.
But it's a goal, you know?

EDIT (22MAY07): Tickets go on sale 08JUN07; if the other shows on the Bijou's schedule are any indication, this marvellous misadventure might not cost me the earth. And just so I don't lose them, should the need arrive, here're links to the seating charts.
