home_and_awayhome again, home again, jiggity jig.
Oh, wait, I never mentioned going anywhere...
~bright, bright grin~
Yeah.
Today, Mark and I went up to Knoxville to see mein Katzchen and meet her Ian.
The drive was perfect, if a bit overcast (she blames me for the storminess; I blame her for the wet; it all balances eventually. ;D ).
We got to where we were headed with no getting lost.
We got found by an Ian and a Catgirl without *too* much "Where the fuck're you parked?"
A two or three hour dinner ensued, full of much catching up and reminiscing and "Good to finally put a face to a name I've been hearing so damn much" from both our attendant males. And potentially embarrassing at least three different tablesfull of evesdroppers.
Not that evesdropping was hard; she and I tend to get...enthusiastic...in conversation.

starwind_; in milady's own words: "Always a pleasure to meet a friend of Cat's." I concur. ;)
So yeah.
Lots of jittery "Damn it's been too long since I've seen her; when can we do this again" flowing through the veins.
I am a happy crowgirl.
Who is now off to moisturise a particularly well-loved back.
